How do I wash the silk pieces?

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, or use a silk-specific wash bag on your machine's delicate cycle. Avoid the tumble dryer, lay flat to dry, away from direct heat.

Do you offer a warranty on the Ring?

Yes, a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover water damage beyond normal daily wear, or physical damage from drops or impact.
